Abstract: Thermal properties parameters are indispensable in study of feed processing. By using mixing technique in a heat capacity measuring apparatus, heat capacities of six typical kinds of pellet feed are determined, which intends to solve the shortage of these parameters. Based on the trial data, the corresponding mathematical regression equations about heat capacity to the moisture content and temperature are attained. As a reference, these models may help to related study in feed field.
