Abstract:
In order to optimize the extracting technology of baicalin in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, the orthogonal experimental design was adopted in the extraction and the acid-deposition processes, Ultra-Violet spectroscopic method was employed to determine the content of baicalin. 3, i.e. heat preservation time was 1.0 h, temperature was 80℃, pH value was 1.0, while placement time was 12 h. The optimized technologies mentioned above were feasible. The extraction rate was 91.56%, baicalin content was 94.12% using the technologies.
