    农产品粒形识别研究进展及其在工程中应用现状

    Research advances of agricultural product grain shape identification and current situation of its application in the engineering field

    • 摘要: 农产品籽粒形状对农产品的品质有很大的影响,同时也是农产品检测分级的重要参数。为了充分利用国内外的研究成果,促进中国在该领域的研究与应用,从农产品粒形与农产品品质(产量、专用品种、加工品质、种子活性)、粒形与农业机械的设计及使用、粒形影响因素、粒形测量技术等几方面对国内外的研究进展进行了综述,以供有关研究人员参考。

       

      Abstract: Grain shape of agricultural product affects the quality of agricultural product greatly. In the meantime, grain shape is an important parameter for the agricultural product inspection and grading. In order to utilize the foreign and native research findings, improve its research and application and give reference to researchers in this field in China, the research development was summarized from the following aspects: grain shape and quality (yield, special variety, processing quality, seed vitality) of agricultural product; grain shape and devising and using of agricultural machinery; influencing factors of grain shape; measuring technique of grain shape.
