Abstract: The agricultural in Huang-Huai-Hai plain plays an important role in China. The agriculture structure adjustment is a key point of sustainable agricultural by the analyzing of agricultural situation in this area. The basic principle for structure adjustment is set forth. The four emphases are planting structure adjusting, agricultural structural adjusting, industrial structural adjusting and urban agricultural adjusting. The function of agricultural adjusting has been proved through the Quzhou Model, Yucheng Model, Suining Model and Bohai Rim Model. This paper tries to give the theoretic and practical bases for the development of agricultural in this area and China.
