    • 摘要: 针对干旱半干旱地区日益严重的水资源短缺和生态环境问题,以系统分析的思想为基础,建立了面向生态和节水的灌区水资源优化配置序列模型系统,提出了综合考虑节水、水权、生态环境等因素的多目标多情景模拟计算方法,得出了比较合理的南阳渠灌区水资源优化配置方案,最大限度的利用了当地水资源。分析计算出现状年、2010和2030年分别为工农业及城乡生活提供水资源量为5641.5,5796.7和5657.2万m3,缺水量分别为1544.6,2100.3和3627.9万m3,所得结果对

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of environment and lacking of water resources in arid and semi-arid region. Based on the idea of system analysis and constructing regional water resources optimal allocation model for environment and water saving, on one hand, a method of water resources calculation considering water saving, water right and environment was put forward; on the other hand, the reasonable method of water resources optimal allocation was given. At the present, and the year of 2010 and 2030, the water resources can be supplied is 5.6415×107, 5.7967×107 and 5.6572×107 m3, and the quantity of scarcity is 1.5446×107, 2.1003×107, and 3.6279×107 m3, respectively, the result provides a basis for the planning and designing of the region.
