    Development of testing and controling system for gravitational seed selecting machine based on virtual instrument technology

    • 摘要: 采用计算机虚拟仪器(VI)技术开发的重力式种子精选机测控系统,实现了选种过程的实时检测与控制。借助于Labview图形化编程软件,通过实时检测的千粒重值与预置千粒重值的比较,据此调整控制影响选种质量的工作台面纵向倾角(XL)、横向倾角(YL)、工作台面振动频率以及进入工作台面的风量(ZL)等工艺参数,从而达到重力式种子精选机选种参数的优化调整,保证精选种子的千粒重始终保持在预定水平。与传统的测试与控制方法相比,基于VI技术的重力式种子精选机测控系统测控更方便、显示更直观。

       

      Abstract: Real time test and control over seed-selecting process gravitational seed selecting machine based on virtual instrument technology can be realized. With the help of Labview, some parameters are adjusted through comparing weight of seed selected with presetted one. The parameters are longitudinal and transverse obliquities, vibrating frequency of work table, wind fluxing on work table. It makes seed selecting parameters of gravitational seed selecting machine achieve optimum adjustment. One-thousand-grain seed weight is guaranteed in reaching the presetting level. The system of test and control over gravitational seed selecting machine based on virtual instrument techology is more convenient and direct in use compared with traditional way.
