    汽蒸荞麦干燥工艺优化研究

    Optimization of steamed buckwheat drying technology

    • 摘要: 采用二次正交旋转组合设计试验,研究了介质温度、介质风速、料层厚度对单位耗热量、小时去水率、小时去水量、爆腰率增值的影响规律;利用复合形法,以热耗为目标函数,对参数进行优化,确定了最佳工艺参数,即介质温度:100℃、介质风速:3.6 m/s、厚度:56 mm。从而为汽蒸荞麦干燥机的设计和现有干燥机的操作和调整提供了理论依据。

       

      Abstract: The effects of temperature and steam velocity of medium and the thickness of buckwheat on specific energy consumption, the moisture extraction rate, moisture extraction amount, additional crack percentage were studied by using orthogonal rotary design method. Taking the specific energy consumption as objective function, the technological parameters were optimized by the restriction compound calculation method. The optimum conditions on the present apparatus were as follows: temperature was 100℃, steam velocity was 3.6 m/s, thickness was 56 mm. All of these will contribute to the design of steamed buckwheat dryers, operation and adjustment of existing dryers.
