    喷雾冷风机对种公猪舍降温效果的试验研究

    Experimental study on the cooling effect of air-cooling fans in boar house

    • 摘要: 带有户外活动场的种公猪舍降温是困扰种猪生产的一个难题。为探讨有效的公猪舍降温方式,本研究对通风与喷雾于一体的冷风机降温系统进行现场试验研究。在河北省安平县京安集团原种猪场公猪舍试验证明:冷风机降温系统是一种有效缓解夏季公猪热应激的措施,在不对猪舍进行改造的条件下,冷风机可降低开放种公猪舍温度3~7℃,当舍外温度为35℃时,舍内温度保持在30℃以下;在舍外相对湿度达到90%的最不利天气,冷风机系统仍可降低舍内有效温度3℃。

       

      Abstract: It is difficult to control the environment of boar houses in summer, because the houses are semi-enclosed with outside playing ground. In order to investigate the effect of air cooling fan on the reduction of heat stress in boar house, the field experiment was implemented in a typical boar house in Hebei Province. The results show that the cooling fan system can reduce the inside air temperature by 3~7℃ in the house without any construction change, and the temperature inside boar house is about 30℃ when the outside air temperature is above 35℃. The average effective temperature in boar house was 3℃ lower than outside effective temperature even in the extremely unfavorable weather with 90% of relative humidity.
