    Research on crankshaft FEA system of parametric 3D integral model

    • 摘要: 以“最符合实际工况、最少量简化”为原则,在对以往研究归纳、整理、改进的基础上,对曲轴有限元模型规范化进行了研究,基于VC++和ANSYS接口技术开发了参数化三维整体曲轴有限元分析系统,可以进行大多数类型曲轴的参数化有限元建模与分析计算,设计了友好的类型导航界面引导用户进行曲轴结构类型的选择和参数输入界面引导用户输入曲轴的结构、载荷、材料性能等参数,既具有曲轴专用分析软件方便、高效的优点,又具有大型通用软件稳定、可靠的优点。

       

      Abstract: By the principles of "the most accordance with actual working situation" and "the least simplification" and based on summarization and improvement of past researches, research on crankshaft FE model standardization was carried out. Crankshaft FEA system of parametric 3D integral model was developed based on VC++ and ANSYS interface. Parametric FE modeling and analysis of most type of crankshafts can be well dealt with by this system. Friendly type navigation interface which can lead user to select the structural type of crankshaft and parameter inputting interface which can lead user to input the structural and loading and material property parameters were designed. This system is not only convenient and efficient like an special analysis software but also possesses the strongpoint of stabilization and credibleness like a large universal software.
