    5XFZ-30.0型重力复式清选机单向倾斜比重筛参数的选择与试验

    Selection of parameters and experiment of one-way inclining gravity screen for 5XFZ-30.0 model gravity cleaner

    • 摘要: 通过对5XFZ-30.0型重力复式清选机单向倾斜比重筛的运动和物料的受力分析及试验台和样机变换主要参数试验,推导、验证了适合该机型的主要参数之间的关系,确定了机型的最佳参数,为设计和正确使用该类机型提供了依据。

       

      Abstract: Through kenematic and mechanical analysis of materials on the gravity selection sieve, inclining in one direction, of 5XFZ-30.0 complex gravity cleaner, as well as bench test and sample machine test by changing main parameters, the relationships among the main parameters of the cleaner were calculated and verified. The optimum paramerers of the cleaner were determined, which provided basis for design and proper operation of this kind of cleaner.
