Abstract: With atlas and GIS, symptom atlas and diagnosis atlas of karst land rocky desertification were analyzed. Taking Du'an Yao autonomous county as a case study area, spatial and temporal evolution rule and driving mechanism of karst land use/land cover change were analyzed. On the basis of those analyses, four ecological rehabilitation models of karst rocky desertification in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were concluded and biological and engineering measures of every ecological rehabilitation model were discussed, which provided scientific basis and case analysis for the environmental reconditioning and sustainable development of karst rocky desertification areas.
