    • 摘要: 4H-2型花生收获机是作者根据中国花生的种植与生长特点自行研制的一种新型的花生收获机械。该收获机突破了以往机型挖掘铲与分离链相配合的传统工作方式,创建了摆动挖掘原理将挖掘与分离两大机构融为一体,实现了将花生的挖掘和除土依次完成;收获部件首次利用反平行四边形机构传动,实现了两工作部件的等角度、反方向摆动,使机架承受的侧向力相互平行,机组工作平稳;收获部件摆动前进,工作阻力小。其主要技术特点是功耗小、效率高、收获损失少、地下无残膜。整机结构紧凑,性能可靠,造价低,调整使用方便。该收获机已获国家专利(专利号:Z

       

      Abstract: The structure, working principle and design of main parts of the 4H-2 type peanut harvester were described and analyzed, and the kinematics model of the main work parts was founded. On the basis of the optimized structure, the representative tracks of the work parts were described by means of Visual Basic and SPSS software and the machine function characteristics. The theoretical foundation has been provided for further study of this kind of machines.
