    Determination of optimal laying length of gravitational flexible hose for micro-irrigation

    • 摘要: 自压软管微灌技术是目前经济技术条件下一种比较实用的节水灌溉技术,在新疆得到了迅速推广,有广阔的应用前景。该文在室内试验的基础上,结合水力学理论和高等数学知识对自压软管的水力性能进行了分析研究,提出了确定软管合理铺设长度的计算方法,给出了满足均匀度要求的适宜铺设长度,结果与工程成功经验相比是一致的。该文结合工程算例,给出了设计步骤,可供膜下自压软管灌溉规划设计时参考。

       

      Abstract: The micro-irrigation technique of gravitational flexible hose is a very practical water-saving irrigation, which is widely popularized in Xinjiang Region and has extensive application prospects in the present economic and technological condition. Based on indoor experiments, the hydraulic characteristic of the gravitational flexible hose was analyzed by combining hydraulic theory and mathematics knowledge. The method for determining the optimal laying length of gravitational flexible hose was proposed. And the suitable laying length that could satisfy the degree of consistency was provided. The theory results are consistent with the successful project experiences. Combining the project examples, this paper presents the designing steps, which provides references for planning and designing the gravitational flexible hose.
