    Design of sewage treatment engineering on large-scale swine farm

    • 摘要: 根据循环经济和可持续发展的理念,以实现资源和能源利用的最大化为原则,提出了以固液分离机与厌氧中温发酵工艺技术相结合的规模化畜禽养殖场污水综合治理方法。结合福建省南平市大横农业生态园区大型养猪场污水治理工程实践,表明该技术可以解决禽畜养殖业的废水污染问题。处理后水质:CODCr为367 mg·L-1、BOD5为132 mg·L-1、SS为169 mg·L-1、NH3-N为76 mg·L-1,均符合国家《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》规定的要求,而且工程运行效果稳定,经济效益和生态效益显著。

       

      Abstract: According to the theory of circular economy and sustainable development, and based on the principle of maximizing the utilization of resources and energy, a comprehensive route has been put foreword to control sewage pollution on swine farm, combining solid-liquid separator with anaerobic fermentation. The practice of swine sewage treatment on large-scale farm in Nanping Daheng Agroecological Farm, showed that pollution problem in animal husbandry industry could be solved by such a route. The out-let wastewater indexes for CODCr, BOD5, SS and NH+4-N, reached 367 mg/L, 132 mg/L, 169 mg/L, 76 mg/L, respectively, which meet the Intergratel Pollutant Discharge Standard according to "The drainage standard for sewage from livestock and poultry production". The project was operated stably and remarkable benefits in economy and ecology were obtained.
