胡萝卜带式穿流干燥的均匀设计试验研究

    Uniformly designed experimental study on belt type cross-flow drying of carrot

    • 摘要: 用胡萝卜对带式穿流干燥机的主要参数:风温、层厚、穿流风速、输送带线速度进行试验研究。使用了试验设计方法中新的方法—均匀设计,其特点是试验次数少,回归方程可靠度高,预测准确度高。确定热风温度75℃、物料层厚83 mm、风速1.0 m/s和线速500 mm/min可作为胡萝卜的带式穿流干燥机最佳参数组合。

       

      Abstract: The main parameters of the belt type cross-flow dryer were studied to dry carrot in the research experiment: air temperature, layer depth, cross-flow velocity and belt line velocity. It used the new method of experimental design method—uniform design. Its characteristic is less times of experiment, high reliable regress equation and improved predicting precision. During the experiment, the best parameters in the belt cross-flow dryer for carrot were achieved under the operating condition of hot air temperature 75℃, material depth 83 mm, cross-flow velocity 1.0 m/s and belt line velocity 500 mm/min.
