    Numerical simulation of the effect of channel section shape on the inner flowing of vortex pump

    • 摘要: 该文在国内外首次通过对不同流道截面形状的旋涡泵内部流场的数值模拟,分析了旋涡泵的内部流动状况,验证了流道截面形状对旋涡泵内部流动的影响,数值模拟结果与实验结果相符,从而为旋涡泵设计理论的完善和后续研究工作提供了重要的理论依据。

       

      Abstract: The inner flowing status of vortex pump was analyzed for the first time through numerical simulation of the inner flowing field of vortex pump with different channel section shapes. The effects of channel section shape on the inner flowing of vortex pump were testified. The results of the numerical simulation are identical with the former experiments. So it provides important theoretical basis for the perfect of the design method of vortex pump and the further research work.
