    有序抛秧振动输送机构的模态分析与试验研究

    Modal analysis and experiment research of the vibration transportation mechanism of ordered rice seedling thrower

    • 摘要: 该文提出了一种有序抛秧机的振动输送机构,通过分析,建立了振动输送机构的有限元模型,用有限元分析软件进行了模态分析计算,并进行了模态试验,仿真计算结果与试验基本一致。通过模态分析,对振动输送机构进行优化设计,振动输送频率可取小于19.12 Hz的值,为防止振动板面的局部振动过大对钵苗输送与分秧的影响,通过改变振动输送板的参数使振动板其它几阶固有频率远离其第一阶固有频率,使振动输送机构达到均匀输送和分秧。

       

      Abstract: In the paper, a kind of vibration transportation mechanism of ordered rice seedling thrower was put forward. A finite element model of the mechanism was established and computed by modal analysis software. The result of test indicated that the data of the finite element analysis and the test data were in good agreement. The vibration transportation mechanism was optimized by modal analysis, the frequency of vibration transportation mechanism was about 19.12 Hz. To prevent the adverse effect of excessive partial vibration of vibration board on transportation and distribution of rice seedling, other natural frequencies of the mechanism should be much different from the the first frequency of vibration transportation mechanism. The vibration transportation mechanism can be used to transport rice seedling uniformly by parameter optimization.
