    • 摘要: 阐述了温室价值工程的概念,通过分析温室的功能,力求降低温室的建设和运行成本,生产出价值最优的温室产品。该文应用温室价值工程的理论和方法,通过实例对温室功能和成本进行了分析,结果表明:温室的钢结构、围护结构及材料、水暖加温设备和环境综合控制系统价值系数偏低,造成价值系数偏低的原因是设计标准不适用和专业材料性能差,需要改进。温室价值工程主要帮助设计者在造价已定的前提下加强温室功能设计,也可用于温室选型。

       

      Abstract: Greenhouse value engineering(GVE) is a economics means, used to reduce the total cost of greenhouse at most, by analyzing the greenhouse's functions, which can meet the needs of user well. The greenhouse value coefficients (GRC) are not uniform. The coefficients of the steel framework, enclosed structure and materials, water heating equipment and environmental control system are relatively low. The reason lies in that there is no any suitable standard to design a greenhouse, even on the professional material and environment controlling over greenhouse. Designers could improve the functions of greenhouse at proper cost by GVE. It will help users to choose a best scheme.
