农用地分等国家级数据库系统总体设计与关键技术

    Overall design of state-level farmland classification database system and key technologies

    • 摘要: 为了研究在国家层面上建立农用地分等数据库系统,以及相关的关键技术,在分析农用地分等技术路线的基础上采用自上而下的功能需求分析和自下而上数据、信息流程归纳相结合的方法。将国家级农用地分等数据库系统建设的需求自上而下分解为数据应用、数据管理和基础数据库建设三个层次;系统框架采用数据获取、数据库组织、公共应用平台开发和用户存取四层体系结构,并且讨论了系统实现过程中的分等信息关联与整合、元数据模型、省际等别调整模型和数据更新控制技术、基于模糊数学理论的应用决策模型等关键技术。

       

      Abstract: Based on the analysis of Chinese national farmland classification technical route and systematic requirements and physical model, the paper combines the user requirements and the systematic information stream with logic confusion ways. Furthermore, the article divides the national level database system requirements into three layers: database application, database management and infrastructural data integration. Then the framework of system was composed of four levels: user access level, public database service platform level, database organization level and database establishment. Four key technologies were also discussed such as information collection and integration, matadata database model, inter-provincial classification grades adjustment model and database update technology, and Decision Support System model based on fuzzy mathematics.
