5HC-1型牧草保质干燥机的设计与试验

    Design and test of 5HC-1 type of conservation herbage dryer

    • 摘要: 结合紫花苜蓿常压热风干燥试验研究,采用自行设计的钢丝带水平输送式结构,与混流、余热回收加热、气流翻铺等先进的干燥工艺对苜蓿及其他牧草进行加工处理。在多次试验的基础上,对5HC-1型牧草保质干燥机的工艺流程、主要结构及技术性能参数进行分析研究,研制出了适用于农场、牧场及畜牧小区的牧草干燥机型。性能测试与生产实践证明,经该机烘后的牧草品质好,生产效率高,成本低,通用性好,能够促进集约化畜牧业的快速发展。

       

      Abstract: In terms of dehydrating test on alfalfa, 5HC-1 type of conservation herbage dryer by advanced technology such as steel wire-bed conveyer, waste heat retrieving, turning over in airflow and mixed drying was designed, manufactured and tested. This paper describes the design and test of concurrent-flow dryer for conservation of quality on the basis of the experiment. The drying process-flow, construction and drying parameters of the dryer are presented. This designed dryer is suitable for farm, pasture and livestock-raising. Quality of dried alfalfa is good. This dryer is more efficient and adaptable. The cost of dryer is lowered. So the extension and appliation of the 5HC-1 type of conservation herbage dryer are helpful to accelerate development of intensive breeding.
