    Application design of CAN bus in tractor test bench

    • 摘要: 该文设计了一套基于CAN总线的拖拉机检测线数据采集系统,解决了目前检测线布线复杂、可靠性低、不适于联网的问题。系统由5个CAN节点组成,分别进行各个检测工位的测试,主控PC机采用PC-CAN适配卡与各个节点通信。完成了CAN节点、PC-CAN适配卡的软、硬件设计和整个系统的调试工作。

       

      Abstract: A data sample system based on CAN bus of tractor test bench was introduced in this paper. Some problems of traditional test bench were solved, such as complex in setting wire, low level of reliability, unfit for connection to net. This system consists of five CAN nodes, each of them can finish the correlative test and send the data to main PC. The main PC communicates with the CAN nodes through PC-CAN adapter. Hardware and software design for the CAN nodes and PC-CAN adapter and system debugging were finished in this project.
