植物单细胞内压的一种计算方法

    Calculational method for cell compressive force on plant single cell

    • 摘要: 根据多面体植物单细胞的结构特点,以二维问题为研究对象,建立了便于组装成宏观植物模型和多细胞模型的多面体植物单细胞力学模型。在该模型的基础上,推出了用细胞周长以及用细胞模型节点坐标和位移表示的细胞内压改变量的计算公式。提出了一种便于理论分析和数值计算的多面体植物单细胞内压计算方法。从而,为细胞层次分析植物组织和植物细胞的力学行为提供了一种细胞内压的计算方法。

       

      Abstract: According to the structural characteristics of the plant single cell, taking two-dimensional problem as the research target, the mechanical model for polyhedron single cell was established through which mechanical models for macroscopical plant and many cells could be established expediently. The calculational formula for cell compressive force was obtained expressed by cell girth and by node coordinate and displacement of plant cell mechanical models. The calculational method for plant cell compressive force was obtained that was convenient for theoretical analysis and numerical calculation. Consequently, a method for calculating the cell compressive force was provided, which can be used to analyze the mechanical behaviours of plant tissues and cells at cell levels.
