PAM-atta复合保水剂的保水性能及影响因素研究

    Water absorbency and its influence factor of PAM-atta superabsorbent composite

    • 摘要: 针对目前保水剂成本高、耐盐性差和实际应用效果不理想等因素,该文以丙烯酰胺和凹凸棒黏土为原料合成了有机-无机复合保水剂(PAM-atta),模拟实际应用情况并对其吸水、释水及耐盐性能进行了研究。结果表明:加入凹凸棒黏土合成的PAM-atta型复合保水剂具有更高的吸水倍数和耐盐碱性能,综合性能优于单一聚丙烯酰胺类保水剂。

       

      Abstract: PAM-atta superabsorbent composite was prepared by grafting acrylamide onto attapulgite clay in aqueous solution. The swelling rate, water retention ability and swelling behaviors in various saline solutions of PAM-atta superabsorbent composite were investigated. The results indicated that PAM-atta superabsorbent composite had high water absorbency and better salt-resistance. The general properties of composite are better than those of single polyacylamide absorbent.
