生物质闪速热解挥发特性的模型研究

    Models for volatilization characteristics of biomass flash pyrolysis

    • 摘要: 该文利用Arrhenius一级反应动力学模型来研究生物质闪速热解挥发特性。通过理论计算,得到了模型的表观活化能和频率因子动力学参数。通过在层流炉上进行的多种生物质闪速热解挥发实验,并利用灰分示踪法计算得到了挥发百分比实验数据。实验数据与模型比较,表明实验数据与理论模型吻合很好,对不同生物质而言只是模型中的表观活化能与表观频率因子动力学参数值有差异,该模型可以用来描述生物质闪速热解特性。

       

      Abstract: A kinetic Arrhenius first-order rate model was used to investigate biomass flash pyrolysis volatilization characteristics in this paper. Through theoretical analysis, the values of activation energy and frequency factors were obtained. Based on experiments of various biomass flash pyrolysis volatilization performed with a laminar entrained flow reactor, the model was checked by experimental data acquired with ash tracer method. The researches suggest that the experimental data fit the model well. It may apply to different kinds of biomass, while the activation energy and frequency factors are different relating to different kinds of biomass. The model may be used to describe the characteristics of biomass flash pyrolysis.
