菠萝叶纤维干燥特性试验研究

    Experimental research on drying characteristics of pineapple leaf fiber

    • 摘要: 用热风干燥试验装置对菠萝叶湿纤维进行干燥试验,选择不同温度、风速对其干燥规律进行研究。试验结果表明,干燥降水过程主要为降速过程;根据干燥曲线,采用多元回归方法,建立了菠萝叶纤维干燥的数学模型;通过正交试验得出在多因素条件下,投料量对纤维干燥生产率的影响最为显著,其它依次为温度、纤维初始含水率和风速。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduced the drying experiment of pineapple leaf wet fiber with a hot airflow drying device. To study the drying characteristics, different airflow temperatures and velocities were chosen. The experimental results showed that the changing rate of fiber moisture was declining in the whole process, and the drying mathematical model was developed with multiple element regression method according to the drying curves. Through the orthogonal experiment, it was concluded that the material thickness affected the drying productivity mostly, sequentially was the temperature, the original moisture content and the airflow velocity.
