采用5HCCX-1.6型冲击穿流循环式干燥设备干燥几种牧草种子的效果试验

    Experimental study on drying forage seeds by 5HCCX-1.6 recalculating impinging crossflow dryer

    • 摘要: 简要介绍了5HCCX-1.6型冲击穿流循环式干燥设备的结构及工作原理。牧草种子品种繁多、结构复杂、生物活力脆弱,严重制约了牧草种子干燥设备的研究和应用,为了探讨5HCCX-1.6型冲击穿流循环式干燥设备的作业性能以及该设备对不同种类牧草种子干燥的适应性,依据国际种子检验规程和种子干燥机试验鉴定方法,进行了苜蓿种子、羊草种子和披碱草种子干燥的试验研究。结果表明,不同初始含水率的3种不同牧草种子均能一次干燥到安全含水率(均<12%);经过干燥加工,牧草种子质量等级可显著提高,如披碱草种子发芽率指标从不到3级标准(<80%),提高到1级(>85%);加工前苜蓿发芽率指标2级(≥85%),加工后达到1级(≥90%),表明该套设备能适应多品种、不同形态牧草种子的干燥。

       

      Abstract: 5HCCX-1.6 recalculating impinging crossflow dryer was introduced in this paper. Forage seeds are of many different varieties, and their structures are complex, furthermore, their biological activities are fragile, so it is hard to design and apply equipment for drying them. In order to confirm the performance of the dryer and its action on forage seeds, Medicago sativa seeds, Aneurolepidium Chinese seeds and Elymus dahuricus seeds were chosen as testing seeds for their typical plants in China. According to the International Seeds Test Standard and the Test Evaluation Method for Seed Dryer, experiments for drying Medicago sativa seeds, Aneurolepidium Chinese seeds and Elymus dahuricus seeds were completed. It was found that diverse seeds with different original water content could be dried to safety values(≤12%); Their qualities were improved obviously, such as the germination number of Elymus dahuricus seeds turned from less than 80% to greater than 85%, and that of Medicago sativa seeds got to over 90%, but before being dried, it was only 85%, these show that the dryer is suitable for different kinds of forage seeds with diverse morphosis.
