二相流喷雾测试试验台的研制

    Research and development of test-bed for two-phase flow spraying technology

    • 摘要: 为了研究开发气液二相流喷雾技术、常温烟雾施药技术及其机具,解决设施农业病虫害防治的新问题,进行了二相流喷雾测试技术的研究,并研制了二相流喷雾试验台。对气液二相流喷雾过程中的主要技术参数的测试方法,在仪表指示读数、人工记录、人工数据处理的基础上研究开发了由计算机控制的同步测量、记录、数据处理、绘制曲线图表的自动测试系统。该试验台功能较全、精度较高,单项测试误差<2.5%,并可对测试仪表现场标定。利用试验台能进行二相流喷雾技术研究和常温烟雾型机具性能试验、产品质量检测。

       

      Abstract: In order to research and develop the spraying technology in gas and liquid two-phase flow, the technology and its apparatus for the fog applying the pesticide with the normal temperature, and to solve the new problem of pesticide application for the prevention and control of diseases and insects in the protected agriculture further, a two-phase flow spraying test-bed has been developed. On the basis of data processing by hand, an auto test system has been developed, which is controlled by a computer to test, record, process data and draw curves or tables synchronously for the test method of main technical parameters, indicated readings on the meters, recording and data processing by hand, during the program of two-phase flow spraying. This auto test-bed is of better functions, high precision and the error difference in single test <2.5%, as well as solved the problem of pointing at the site. The study of two-phase flow spraying technology, the properties test and the product's quality for the normal fog sprayers under the operative conditions at natural temperature, can be applied by the test-bed.
