    Research and development of the test apparatus for measuring the overall heat transfer coefficient of greenhouse covering materials

    • 摘要: 研究开发了基于热箱法原理的园艺设施覆盖材料传热系数测试台,这是适应于园艺设施覆盖材料传热方式和工作环境特点的专用实验设备。该测试台依靠制冷、加热、风机、整流和除湿等调控装置,可全面稳定地模拟实现接近园艺设施覆盖材料实际工作的环境,包括设施内外气温、室外风速和天空辐射背景等条件,可以真实地反映各因素对覆盖材料传热的影响。测试台的测试条件可方便地调节,同时具有较高的测试精度。

       

      Abstract: According to the hot box method, the test apparatus measuring the overall heat transfer coefficient of greenhouse covering materials was developed. And it is the special equipment that adapts to heat transfer ways and working environment characteristics of the greenhouse covering materials. By adjusting control devices, such as cooling device, heating device, ventilating device, commutating device, dehumidifying devices and so on, this test apparatus so comprehensively and stably simulates and realizes working conditions that are close to real working conditions of the greenhouse covering materials, including internal and external air temperatures in greenhouse, wind speed, sky radiation temperature, etc. Even it really shows that every factor has an effect on the overall heat transfer of the covering materials. Its measuring conditions are easily adjusted and measured values are exact under condition.
