磁吸式精密播种器磁力排种空间的磁场特性分析

    Magnetic field characteristic analysis for the magnetic seed-metering space of the precision seeder

    • 摘要: 磁吸式精密播种器的关键部件是电磁铁吸头,为了提高播种效率,播种器电磁铁成排布置,从而组成了一平面多极开放磁系。为此,该文应用有关磁学理论,建立了磁力排种空间的磁场强度、磁场力计算模型,分析了平面多极磁系在磁力排种空间的总体磁场特性。对所选的圆头磁极、平头磁极以及锥头磁极3种不同磁系结构,通过磁场测试和回归分析,得出了3种磁极磁系在不同气隙高度的磁场强度和磁场力。研究表明磁力排种空间的磁场力主要集中在磁极面附近,3种磁极中锥头磁极的磁场力最大,磁力性能最优。

       

      Abstract: The electromagnet suction head is a key part of the magnetic precision seeder. Improving the seeding efficiency, several electromagnet suction heads were arranged in a row, thus they made up of a multipole magnetism. Therefore, applying the relevant magnetic theory, the calculation model of the magnetic field intensity and magnetic force on the magnetic seed-metering space was developed, and its total characteristic was analyzed. Three kinds of magnetic pole were selected with the forms of round, level and awl shape separately, by the testing of magnetic field and data regression analysis, the magnetic field intensity and magnetic force were obtained different heights of air crack. Studies show that the magnetic force of the electromagnet concentrates on nearby the magnetic pole mainly, the awl magnetic pole is the greatest among them, and its magnetic force performance is optimum.
