    流道结构形式对滴头水力性能影响的试验研究

    Effects of flow passage forms on hydraulic performance of emitters

    • 摘要: 对滴灌系统的滴头进行试验研究表明,影响流态指数的主要因素是流道结构形式,包括流道齿形、齿角、齿距、齿高和流道的深度,流态指数基本不随滴头流道长度而变化。通过比较不同滴头流道的流态指数、流道长度及流道断面积,分析了其抗堵塞性能,并建立了描述滴头流量与流道长度及工作压力关系的回归模型。

       

      Abstract: Emitter is the key part of the trickle irrigation system, its structural forms and hydraulic performance greatly influence the performance of trickle irrigation system. In this paper, several typical structural forms were studied through experiments. Results showed that the structural form of flow passage, including the structure shape, structure angle, space between structure, structure height and the depth of flow passage, are the main factor which influence emitter flow state exponent, and the length of flow passage has little influence on emitter flow state exponent. This paper also analyzed anti-clogging performances of emitters by contrasting the exponent of flow state, the length of flow passage, and cross-section area of different emitters. Finally, regression model describing the relationship among flow rate, the length of flow passage, and work pressure was set up.
