Abstract:
Based on the analysis of performances test system of drip irrigation emitter, the test platform was contructed and hydraulic performance of eight typical labyrinth path emitters were studied. Research results showed that the testing equipment developed for the relation between flux rate and pressure can be fit for the requirement of testing the hydraulic performance. The working of valve that ascending or descending the water pressure approached to the aiming pressure had some effects on the discharge of emitters, which had not prominent effects. The classical model of relation between flux rate and pressure can be the same with the pressure range form 1.5 m to 15.0 m. From the view of the hydraulics, eight emitters could be approached to the requirements of gravity drip irrigation emitter. The flux warp coefficient of every emitter approached to the around of immobile values, and the manufacturer warp coefficient was the characteristic of emitters that did not be changed with water pressure of the inlet of emitter. The flux warp coefficient could reflect the characteristics.
