    • 摘要: 论述了燕麦、燕麦粉(莜麦精粉)、燕麦麸皮的主要营养素含量及保健功效,介绍了国内外燕麦制品和新产品开发概况,并为燕麦产业化途径提出些许建议。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the contents of main nutrition ingredients and the health benefit of oat, oat flour and oat bran were analyzed, the oat products in market and new oat product development abroad and at home were introduced. Some suggestions for oat commercialization development were put forward.
