Abstract:
Referred to the results from both abroad and at home, a simulation model of greenhouse cucumber for photosynthesis and dry matter accumulation was developed. The model includes sub-models for photosynthesis, respiration and dry matter production. Through living and stable plants sampling and observation, the model was validated for two growing seasons (spring and autumn) and with two different light intensity treatments (100% and 33%). According to the experimental data, some of model parameters were determined. The results showed that the model was of high accuracy, sensitivity and practicability.
