低磷胁迫对不同番茄基因型苗期影响的研究

    Influence of P deficiency on different genotype tomato seedling

    • 摘要: 通过水培试验,对9个基因型番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)幼苗在低磷胁迫下的反应进行了研究。研究结果表明:番茄在耐低磷特性方面存在着一定的基因型差异,番茄基因型37号和25号与2号、4号和46号相比具有相对高的磷效率。在低磷胁迫下,25号和37号具有相对较高的生物量、根冠比和吸磷量。另外,低磷胁迫严重影响番茄根部对磷的吸收。该研究初步确定了低磷胁迫对番茄苗期的影响,为以后进一步研究番茄磷效率打下了一定的基础。

       

      Abstract: The influences of P deficiency in nine tomato genotypes collected from the world were studied in nutrient solution culture. The results indicated that genetic variation existed within the tested tomatoes under low P condition. Tomato genotypes No.37 and No.25 had relatively high P efficiency in low P condition, they are relatively higher in biomass, Root/Shoot ratio and P content. Low P affected root P uptake. The results confirmed some influences on tomato seedling under low P conditions, but these influences should be further verified by linkage analysis with the molecular marker technique.
