基于虚拟仪器技术的作物叶片面积测量仪的开发

    Development of plant leaf area measurement instrument based on virtual instrument technology

    • 摘要: 作物叶片面积的测量,在农业和林业上具有重要意义。传统叶片面积测量方法存在着测量结果不准确、开发周期长、测量范围窄、对作物进行有损测量等一系列问题和缺点。利用美国NI公司的软件开发平台LabVIEW 7.1进行仪器的软件界面开发及图像处理功能实现,并利用VC++6.0对通用图像采集卡进行驱动,从而实现了基于虚拟仪器技术的作物叶片面积测量仪的开发,硬件结构上主要包括工作台、摄像机及灯光、图像采集卡、PC机;软件结构上主要包括图像采集模块、图像处理模块、图像分析模块。试验结果表明,该仪器具有开发周期短、操作简单、测量结果准确、可对作物进行无损测量等优点。

       

      Abstract: The measurement of plant leaf area has great significance in the fields of agriculture and forestry. Traditional methods have disadvantages of long-period development, incomprehensive measurement, damnification crop, etc. An area measurement instrument for plant leaf has been developed applying LabVIEW 7.1 and general image acquisition card. The hardware structure of the instrument includes workbench, CCD camera, lighting, image acquisition card, personal computer; the software of the system consists of image acquisition module, image processing module, and image analysis module. From the result of test, it can be seen that the instrument has the advantages of simple operation, high efficiency, and nondestructive measurement.
