更接近于气调包装条件下薄膜透气系数的测算方法

    Method for computation of film permeability coefficient under the condition closer to modified atmosphere packaging(MAP)

    • 摘要: 提出了更接近于气调包装条件下薄膜透气系数测算的新方法。新的测算方法是先假设一系列薄膜透气系数值,并逐一代入气调包装数学模型中,计算出相应时刻的气体浓度值,并将该计算值与包装中气体浓度实测值比较,当两者差的平方和最小值时,对应的薄膜透气系数假设值即为测算值。结果表明新方法测定的透气系数能客观地反映气调包装条件下薄膜的透气系数。

       

      Abstract: A new method for computing film permeability coefficient under the condition closer to modified atmosphere packaging(MAP) was presented in this paper. The method was as follows: a series of film permeability coefficient values were tentatively set, and they were respectively put into the mathematical model of MAP, so gaseous concentration values could be computed respectively at sometime. When the square of difference between gaseous concentration value computed and its counterpart measured actually in MAP at sometime was the least, a tentative film permeability coefficient value was the needed one accordingly. The results showed that the film permeability coefficient value computed by the new method was closer to the objective film permeability coefficient than the one by other methods.
