激光控制平地系统控制技术的研究与试验

    Study and test of the control technology for the laser-controled land leveling system

    • 摘要: 该文基于模糊控制理论,研制开发了一套与中国常用中等功率拖拉机匹配、面向旱田土地精细平整作业、具有自主知识产权、价格低廉、性能优良的激光平地机的控制系统。试验结果表明:研制的液压控制装置具有良好的静动态特性,泵的卸荷压力为0.4 MPa,平地铲提升时的滞后时间为80 ms,下降时的滞后时间为44 ms,并且无静沉降;激光控制平地系统的平整精度可达到2.5 cm,作业效率0.81 hm2/h。

       

      Abstract: Land leveling with the control of laser technology is an accepted method with the highest accuracy among the land leveling techniques at present in the world. It is an important way to increase the land irrigation quality, improve the crop seedbed conditions, actualize "fine agriculture" and build modern agriculture of land irrigation. Based on fuzzy control theory, a set of control system for the laser-controled land-leveling machine was developed with high precision and efficiency, low price, simple operation and excellent matching with the middle power tractor in common use in China. It has been testified through experiments that the new hydraulic control device had perfect dynamic characteristics and stability. The unloading pressure of the hydraulic control device is 0.4 MPa, and the rising delay time of the leveling spade is 80ms and the falling delay time is 44 ms. It has no static sedimentation. The leveling precision is up to 2.5 cm and operating efficiency is 0.81 hm2/h.
