    Application of integrated appraisal method to water-saving irrigation pattern selection

    • 摘要: 以往模糊综合评判中常采用专家评估法、可能满意度法、落影函数法确定指标权重,指标较多时主观评分法就相当困难,使工程方案有时与实际情况发生偏离。该文采用层次分析法和专家判断法相结合的主、客观分析法确定指标权重,提出了“经济——资源——社会”的评价系统,用来评价旱田的节水灌溉方式,结果符合松嫩平原农业实际情况,为今后节水灌溉方式的选择提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Expert valuation method, possible satisfaction method and projection function method were adopted in fuzzy integrated appraisal to determine index weight. Subject grading is difficult for considering many indexes that the engineering project usually deviated from actual state. This paper introduces a subjective and objective analysis method combining Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method and expert valuation method to determine index weight. An evaluation system based on economic-resource-society to evaluate upland water-saving irrigation pattern of Songnen Plain is put forward. These results are coincident with actual agriculture of Songnen Plain. The system provides reference to selecting water-saving irrigation pattern.
