Abstract: The significance of agricultural produce processing industry to solving problems of peasantry, country, agriculture and small town construction was discussed. The characteristics，which have a higher tempo, prolonging industry chain, transferring surplus rural labor force and increasing farmers' income, of agricultural product pressing industry in our country were expounded. The interactional and interdependent connection between agricultural product pressing industry congregate and small-town construction was illuminated. The developing foreground of agricultural product pressing industry at town was prospected. The suggestion of agricultural product pressing industry congregate was proposed.
