抛送式棉秆粉碎还田机的设计与试验

    Design and experimental research of the field straw chopper with throwing cotton-stalk

    • 摘要: 抛送式棉秆粉碎还田机采用高速旋转的甩刀将棉秸秆粉碎,并以一定的高度和距离向后抛出机体越过残膜回收机,实现膜上棉秆的清理,为残膜回收机膜秆分离创造条件。在理论分析的基础上,通过试验研究确定了抛送式棉秆粉碎还田机的基本结构和主要参数,获得了刀辊转速与机组前进速度的合理配比关系,从而降低棉秆根茬高度,提高了棉田秸秆粉碎还田机的作业效果。试验证明改进后的样机性能有较大提高,基本能够满足秋后棉田秸秆粉碎还田与残膜回收联合作业的技术要求。

       

      Abstract: The field straw chopper with throwing cotton-stalk adopting high speed rotating flail knife can chop cotton-stalk, throw it into a certain height and distance, at the same time it can clean up the cotton-stalks on the film. So it can create a condition to separate cotton-stalk from the film on recollecting reminder film with machines after autumn and recollect cotton-stalk to raise cattle and sheep. Through underlying theory analysis and experimental study, the basic structure and main parameters were determined, and the rational proportioning relationship between knife-roller speed and forward speed of unit was obtained by experiments, at the same time, the speed of flail knife and other main technology parameters were analyzed in more detail, and the height of chopped rootstalk was lowered. The experimental results prove that the performance of the sample machine was improved. It can meet the demand of the cotton-stalk field straw chopper after autumn.
