    • 摘要: 乙酰丙酸是一种新型的平台化合物。本研究考查了利用小麦秸秆为原料制备乙酰丙酸的工艺条件。分别考查了不同温度、硫酸浓度、原料粒度、液固比和反应时间对小麦秸秆转化乙酰丙酸产率的影响。结果表明,温度在210~230℃,硫酸浓度3%,液固比15∶1,反应时间30 min下为较优的工艺条件为,乙酰丙酸产率为19.2%。试验表明,原料粒度对乙酰丙酸的产率影响较小。

       

      Abstract: Levulinic acid is a kind of new platform chemicals. This study proposed a method for making levulinic acid using abundant wheat straw. The effects of technological conditions of different temperatures, sulfuric acid concentration, particle size, liquid/solid ratio and reaction time on levulinic acid yield were investigated, respectively. The result shows that the optimal conditions are temperature 210~230℃, sulfuric acid concentration 3%, liquid/solid ratio 15∶1, reaction time 30 min. Under the optimal conditions, the levulinic acid yield can reach 19.2%. Particle size has little effect on levulinic acid yield in the experiment.
