秸秆成型燃料双层炉排锅炉炉膛温度分布试验与分析

    Experiment and analysis of temperature distribution of straw double-grate briquette boiler furnace-tank

    • 摘要: 在4种工况下:1.最小风门αpy为1.6、2.较小风门αpy为2.2、3.较大风门αpy为3.2、4.最大风门αpy为4.4,分别对作者设计的双层炉排秸秆成型燃料锅炉炉膛温度分布进行试验,结果表明:在4种工况下,炉膛垂直方向、深度方向、宽度方向温度分布出现不同特点,在工况2、3之间锅炉炉膛的温度分布较合理,燃料燃烧状况较好,实现了锅炉安全、稳定、经济运行,从而为锅炉燃烧设备优化设计及运行调整提供依据。

       

      Abstract: Under four different working conditions(the smallest air valve αpy=1.6, the smaller air valve αpy=2.2, the larger air valve αpy=3.2 and the largest air valve αpy=4.4), the double fire grate boiler designed by the author was tested. The corresponding result is that the temperature distribution appears similar law in height, depth and width direction. Secure, stable and economical operation of the boiler can be realized on the better work state(between state 2 and state 3). It could be an important type of straw briquette boiler. It lays foundation for optimization design of burning equipment and running adjustment.
