利用高光谱数据预测水稻籽粒粗蛋白含量研究

    Estimating the crude protein contents in rice grains using hyperspectral data

    • 摘要: 籽粒粗蛋白含量是水稻营养食味品质的重要指标之一。通过大田小区试验,测定了2个品种、3个供氮水平处理下水稻冠层和旗叶在成熟过程中不同时期的高光谱反射率,及茎、叶、穗和稻米的含氮量及粗蛋白含量,分析了它们之间的相关性。结果表明:稻穗和稻米粗蛋白质含量与孕穗期、灌浆期和乳熟期的茎、叶粗蛋白质含量极显著相关,与灌浆期、乳熟期的冠层光谱ρλ及其一阶导数光谱Dλ、冠层光谱RVI在某些波段也达到极显著相关;稻穗粗蛋白质含量与主茎旗叶某些高光谱指数极显著相关。这表明能用高光谱方法来估测水稻籽粒粗蛋白含量,它将为水稻品质遥感监测提供依据。

       

      Abstract: The crude protein content in rice grains is one of the important indices to evaluate the nutrition and taste quality of rice. Normal determination of their contents by chemical methods are of high cost and time consuming. The hyperspectral reflectances of the canopy and flag leaf on main stem of two rice varieties were measured by a ASD FieldSpec Pro FRTM in field under three nitrogen support levels in mature process. The nitrogrn contents of stems, leaves, panicles and cargo rice and their crude protein contents were determined. The correlation among them were analyzed. The crude protein contents of panicles and cargo rice were very significantly correlative to that of stems and leaves at booting, milking and maturing stages, and also very significantly correlative to the spectral reflectance ρλ, the first derivative spectra Dλ and RVI of canopy at some wave bands at milking and maturing stages. The crude protein contents of panicles were very significantly correlative to some hyperspectral indices of flag leaves on main stems. This indicated that it would be feasible to estimate the contents of nitrogen and crude protein in rice grains by hyperspectral remote sensing. It would provide basis for monitoring rice quality by remote sensing.
