    • 摘要: 利用发动机的试验测试结果,采用多项式拟合的方法建立了发动机模型,给出了关于发动机的最佳动力性和最佳燃油经济性的转速调节特性。在此基础上研究了发动机与无级变速传动系统的匹配机理。根据不同的作业项目,将拖拉机的作业工况分为3种模式,阐述了各种作业模式下发动机与无级变速传动系统匹配的实现方案。该研究对理解和设计拖拉机液压机械无级变速传动系统,提高拖拉机生产率,具有一定的意义。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the engine output torque model and fuel consumption model were established based on engine test results. The engine rotary speed feature denotes the relationship between the engine rotary speed and the throttle opening when engine works in the optimal modes of economic and power operation. On the basis of the above work, the matching strategy for hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission(HMCVT) system with the engine was studied. According to the different kinds of fieldwork, the working conditions were divided into three operating models; the realization schemes that the HMCVT system matches with the engine were explained in various working models. The research provides useful information for designing HMCVT system of tractor and improving productivity of tractor.
