    双低菜籽脱皮冷榨膨化工艺的中试生产研究

    Intermediate productive test study on the process of dehulling-cold pressing-expansion for double-low rapeseed

    • 摘要: 将双低菜籽脱皮、冷榨、膨化技术组装集成,进行了双低菜籽脱皮冷榨膨化新工艺的中试生产研究。优化后的工艺技术参数为:菜籽调质后水分8%;脱皮机转速1500 r/min;冷榨温度为室温;膨化进料温度95℃,物料水分9%,喂料电机转速900 r/min;浸出时间100 min,料格装料高度1.2~1.3 m,溶剂喷淋量1.5 m3/h。中试产品冷榨油接近国家三级菜籽压榨油标准;浸出粕粗蛋白质含量达46%以上,达到一级饲料用低硫苷菜粕标准。中试生产成本为143元/t,比原预榨浸出工艺节约生产成本近20%。中试生产能力较原预榨浸出工艺提高近60%。双低菜籽脱皮冷榨膨化工艺具有显著提高产品质量、降低生产成本、扩大生产能力等突出特点,产业化推广应用前景广阔。

       

      Abstract: Rapeseed processing technologies of dehulling, cold pressing and expansion were assembled to develop a new process of dehulling-cold pressing-expansion for double-low rapeseed, then pilot test was conducted. The optimization technical parameters of the process were confirmed: adjusting water content to 8%, dehulling machine rotating at 1500 r/min, cold pressing at room temperature, expansion inlet temperature 95℃, water content 9%, feeding motor rotating speed 900 r/min, extraction time 100 min, material height in cases of rotating extractor 1.2~1.3 m, quantity of pouring solvent 1.5 m3/h. Cold pressing oil approaches the Standard of National Ⅲ Rapeseed pressing Oil. Rapeseed Meal with a protein content more than 46% meets the Standard of National Ⅰ Low-glucosinolate Rapeseed Meal for Fodder. The processing cost is 142.85Yuan/t, which is less than that of pre-pressing extraction process by 20%. The new process increases producing capacity by 60% than that of pre-pressing extraction. The new process can improve quality of oil and meal obviously, reduce production cost, increase producing capacity. The industrialization and application of the new process are promising.
