Abstract: This article synthetically introduces the Xinjiang little white apricot's flowor and nutritive value, its resource distribution and current situation of development. Some strategic opinions on the little white apricot processing are put forward such as processing technology, integrated utilization, comprehensive management etc.Those opinions pave a new way for the integrated utilization of the world famous little white apricot for processing industrialization.
