光合菌群产氢量影响因素的研究

    Effects of the influencing factors of photosynthetic bacteria group on hydrogen production

    • 摘要: 该文主要研究高效产氢光合菌群产氢的工艺条件,探讨光照度、温度、酸碱度、接种量等因素对光合菌群高效产氢过程的影响规律。结果表明,高效产氢光合菌群产氢必须在光照和厌氧的条件下进行,高效产氢光合菌群的良好产氢工艺条件为:光照度2000~6000 lx、温度28~34℃、pH值5~8、接种量10%~100%,最大产氢量达到39.6 mL H2/g(COD)·d,对进一步研究开发太阳能光合生物制氢技术有重要的参考价值。

       

      Abstract: In this paper hydrogen production factors of efficiently hydrogen production photosynthetic bacteria group(EPSBG) were studied with glucose assubstrate. The result shows that anaerobic and illumination were required during hydrogen production with EPSBG. The better hydrogen production conditions of EPSBG were as follows: 2000~6000 lx illumination, 28~34℃ temperature, 5~8 ofpH value, 10%~100% inoculation, nitrate addition had little influence on hydrogen productivity. The observed maximal hydrogen bio-production rate was 39.6 mL H2/g(COD)·d. This can provide high scientific reference value for the research of biological hydrogen production from solar energy.
