单轴挂车电磁制动器制动力的分析研究

    Study and analysis of the braking force of towed trailer using electromagnetic brake with single shaft

    • 摘要: 在研究电磁制动器结构和控制原理的基础上,遵照国家法规对拖挂式车辆制动力的要求,建立了采用电磁制动器的单轴挂车制动力模型,利用效能因数法得到了电磁体控制电流与挂车制动力大小的对应关系,并找出了满足法规要求的电磁体控制电流的范围。通过试验验证表明,理论分析正确,挂车制动力模型可靠。为进一步研究主、挂车制动力大小的匹配,提高拖挂式车辆的制动稳定性,提供了重要依据。

       

      Abstract: Based on the research of electromagnetic brake, a mechanics model of the towed trailer with electromagnetic brake was established in this paper, according to the braking rules about the braking force of towed trailer. The relationship between the braking force and the current of electromagnet by virtue of the braking efficiency method was acquired. And the proper scope of the current is obtained, A comparative analysis was made between the conclusion and the test results. It proves the correspondence of the practice with the conclusion, which verifies the mechanical model of the braking force and provides valuable basis for the further study on the distribution of the braking force and the braking stability.
