Abstract: Standardization is the foundation of industrialization.Standardization of animal husbandary and veterinary can make the production of animal husbandary be at the optimal state,and improve the product quality of livestock,fulfil the industrialization of animal husbandany.But the standardization of animal husbandaly and veteringary is not carried out at present.So it is very important to establish the standards of animal husbandary and veterinary. In this article, the main contents of animal husbandry and veterinary standardization in China was introduced, and the meanings of carrying out the standardization work of animal husbandry and veterinary in China were stated. The potential problems in conduction the standardization work of animal husbandry and veterinary and the corresponding measures were presented, and finally the promotion forces of China animal husbandry and veterinary standardization were analyzed.The effective measures include works of ten aspects,and some key points.The promotion forces include the impetus from administration,pulling force from markets,driving force from demonstration,and motivation force from society.
