    奶牛自动饲喂系统的研究与开发

    Development of the auto-feeding equipments for dairy cattles

    • 摘要: 奶牛自动饲喂技术在国外如欧洲、北美、前苏联等国家很早就得到了普遍应用,但我国却几乎是处于空白状态。因此开发和研究此技术是十分必要,也是很迫切的任务。该文分析了国内外奶牛自动饲喂系统的研究开发及应用现状,结合我国奶牛生产的特点,进行了奶牛自动饲喂系统的研究与开发,并就系统的功能、总体设计思路、结构、软硬件设计以及系统抗干扰技术进行了全面介绍,总结了设备的技术特点和应用前景。该系统每套自动饲喂机可供10-30头奶牛使用,每条总线可为640~1920头奶牛服务,适合大规模牛场应用。

       

      Abstract: Auto-feeding technology for dairy cattles was very popularly applied in advanced countres such as ones in Europe,North America,and previous Soviet Union.But it is in near nothingness in China up to now .So it is very important and urgent to study and develop the auto-feeding technology for dairy cattles. Based on the analysis of the development and present status of foreign and domestic auto-feeding equipments, and the research and development of the auto-feeding equipments for dairy cattle were carried out. The function and the general design thought of the system, the systematic structure of hardware and software and anti-jamming design were also stated in this paper. Finally, the technological characteristics and application foreground on auto-feeding equipment were summarized.Each auto-feeding machine of this system can feed 10-30 dairy cattles at one time,and each bus unit can service 640-192 。dairy cattles,which is very suitable for large scale dairy cattle breeding factories.
